🎯 Job Overview

Kilimanjaro Capital is a Dar es Salaam-based investment firm focused on African growth-stage companies. We're hiring an Investment Analyst to support our deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.

✅ Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for potential investments. Build financial models for valuation and scenario planning. Support due diligence on prospective portfolio companies. Prepare investment memos for partners. Track portfolio company performance.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance. Strong financial modeling skills in Excel. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication.

⭐ Nice to Have

  • CFA Level 1+ candidate or charterholder. Experience with African markets. MBA from a top program.
