🎯 Job Overview

Mwanga Health is a telemedicine platform connecting rural Tanzanians with quality healthcare. We're looking for a Product Designer who can craft experiences for users on low-end Android phones and patchy connections.

✅ Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user flows for our patient and doctor mobile apps. Conduct user research with rural communities. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Maintain and evolve our design system. Collaborate closely with engineers on implementation.

📋 Requirements

4+ years of product design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first work. Proficiency in Figma. Experience with user research methods. Understanding of accessibility and low-bandwidth design.

⭐ Nice to Have

Healthcare or healthtech background. Experience designing for emerging markets. Animation/motion design skills.
