🎯 Job Overview

Help us scale Mwanga Health's operations across Tanzania. You'll manage logistics for our network of community health workers, oversee inventory of diagnostic devices, and ensure smooth coordination between our doctors and patients.

✅ Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling for 50+ community health workers across regions. Manage inventory of diagnostic kits and pharmaceuticals. Liaise with logistics partners and clinics. Track KPIs and report to leadership weekly. Resolve operational issues quickly.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in operations, supply chain, or logistics. Excellent organizational skills. Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Healthcare industry experience. Swahili fluency. Bachelor's degree in operations or business.
